We had a flood in our apartment and Jacob and John from the maintenance team were very quick to respond. They were also very efficient in getting all the water out and even helped wring out our towels and put them in the washer. The best people to have in a crisis.
Madison in the office is awesome. An issue arose recently, not only did she let me ahead of time. She followed up and gave me a rundown on my options and how to reduce costs. Madison and maintenance guys are great to work with and do try to help out residents.
Madison and Kenley we both so incredible! They were patient and kind while helping us with the process. Madison took extra time to help us ensure that we got everything in order to be able to get our lease quickly. She gave us amazing service.
Jacob, the maintenance guy, is amazing he fixed all my issues concerning my home, and he was very nice and great communication with us, the best maintenance guy I have ever encountered in all my years of renting apartments
