I loved living here--the unit I rented was great, the grounds are beautiful, it's in a really convenient location, maintenance addressed any issues quickly, and the staff are all helpful and friendly (when you can get a hold of them).
I would've given 5 stars if not for the difficulty of getting a hold of staff, especially over the phone. Also, I wasn't particularly crazy about a passive aggressive email I just barely received about unpaid charges due from when I moved out, especially since I'd previously tried a few times to call to take care of it and my calls went unanswered. It seems that the level of courteousness drops when you're no longer renting
Overall though, it was a great place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to move up to Murray
